Jesse Schmidt has spent over 25 years directing technical operations and infrastructure for landmark properties — including the Time Warner Center and American Dream — and currently leads global AV engineering for Braze. Along the way, that’s meant managing mission-critical power systems (industrial generators, solar arrays, UPS), industrial HVAC, and fire/life safety integrations, while navigating the regulatory and permitting demands of large-scale commercial builds.
